UFCH strives to improve the lives of underserved children in China through healthcare initiatives and services by using its technical expertise and experience in the country, forging targeted partnerships, and setting up training and innovative pilot programs.
UFCH is staffed primarily by volunteers. Our diverse group of volunteers includes physicians, nurses, therapists, individuals with expertise in nutrition, fundraising, accounting. We sincerely thank everyone who donates their time to UFCH's many activities.
UFCH believes that the donations we receive should directly benefit the children as much as possible. To support this, we operate with accountable and transparent processes and spending. For our fiscal year 2009, 97.5% of our expenses were directly related to the programs we support.
